Google Maps API for FLASH
Google Maps APIのFLASHバージョンが5/14から開始されたようです。

従来のJavascriptと同様、GoogleからAPIキーをもらえば利用可能なようです。
FLASHアプリケーションと組み合わせることで可能性がさらに広がるようなことが書いてあったけれど、逆にFLASHを使わないのであればJavascript版で十分かな。
早速アプリケーションを作ってみたという人も。
